Vendor information
The Gloucester County Card Show is New Jersey’s premier card show! With 120+ tables featuring sports cards, Pokémon, TCG, memorabilia, and more, we bring together a diverse community of passionate collectors, serious buyers, families, and hobbyists from across the region. Our goal is to create a high-energy, collector-focused environment where dealers have the opportunity to showcase their inventory, make sales, build relationships, and connect with new customers throughout the entire show. With strong promotion leading up to each event, a growing collector community, and a wide variety of vendors and attractions, we strive to make every show a worthwhile experience for both our attendees and our dealers.
What One Table Includes
Each vendor spot includes a full-size 8-foot table and one chair for $100 per table.
Vendors will have access to Wi-Fi and electrical outlets at the venue, allowing you to easily run your business and take payments throughout the event.
Each table also includes two vendor badges, with additional badges available for purchase if needed. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tablecloth and any displays or equipment they need for their setup.
Important Vendor Times
Vendor Check-In: 7:30 AM
Vendor check-in and load-in begins at 7:30 AM. Vendors should arrive with enough time to unload, check in, and fully set up their tables before the show begins.
Setup Deadline: 8:50 AM
All vendors must be completely set up and ready to go by 8:50 AM. If you arrive late and the show has already started, you and everyone in your vending party will be required to purchase the applicable admission ticket based on the time of entry.
Breakdown: 4:00 PM
Breakdown begins promptly at 4:00 PM. Vendors must remain at their tables for the full duration of the show and should not begin packing up before the official breakdown time.
How To Reserve A Table
Vendor tables are reserved through our official vendor registration form found at the bottom of this page. After submitting your information, your application will be reviewed and you will receive an email confirming whether you have been approved or placed on the waitlist. Once approved, you will receive payment instructions, and your table is officially secured once payment has been received. With 120+ tables and a growing number of collectors and dealers attending each show, vendor spots can fill quickly, so we strongly recommend submitting your application as soon as registration opens.
